Rafael has a girlfriend, an ex-wife and daughter, a job in the family restaurant, and a life that has drifted from his youth into his forties without ever realizing it. His girlfriend realizes it, and when he is forced to understand when he has a mild heart attack. But the event that finally sets his life on a new path is: his parent's wedding. His mother suffers from dementia but his father is determined that she should always have the one thing they never had: a church wedding. The emotions flow, and two generations understand this moment as a ritual of passage. Words can't explain the emotions and delight in this very emotional movie.
